In Medical Malpractice situations, when people think that a loved one might have been injured by the negligence of a hospital or other medical care providers, they are usually not sure what to do or where to go to get the answers they want or deserve.  They want to know: How do I know whether we have a valid claim for medical malpractice? Whose fault is it that my loved one, or I, are seriously maimed, injured or even deceased after a medical procedure that does not seem to have gone as we expected?  Well, medical negligence is the failure of a medical care provider to give that level of care that an ordinary, careful, and prudent provider of medical care services in that particular area of medical practice would give to a patient.
